We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join a major data centre project in Denmark.

Working closely with the Quality Manager and QC Lead, you will support the planning, coordination, execution and reporting of quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

The role will have a strong focus on quality documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection coordination, walkdowns, snag management, data integrity and commissioning support.

You will work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, subcontractor, vendor and client teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood, effectively managed and successfully closed out.

This is a hands-on coordination position suited to a highly organised and detail-focused professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop, maintain and manage document registers for Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Plans and associated quality documentation.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, approval and tracking of ITPs in line with project programmes and submission requirements.
  • Ensure quality records, checklists and supporting documentation are accurate, current and readily available for audit.
  • Maintain weld traceability records, weld logs, welder qualifications, heat maps and visual inspection records.
  • Monitor NDT requirements and associated compliance metrics.
  • Ensure quality documentation remains fully traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Inspection, Testing & Walkdown Management

  • Develop and maintain project walkdown plans, including two-week lookahead schedules.
  • Track planned versus actual inspection and walkdown performance.
  • Coordinate and issue notifications for W1, W2 and W3 walkdowns, inspections and turnover activities.
  • Schedule inspections and ensure all relevant stakeholders receive appropriate notification.
  • Coordinate benchmark and First-of-Kind inspections.
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reports on inspection activities.
  • Support snagging activities by tracking, reporting and driving the closure of quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, outstanding actions and completed activities.

Quality Reporting & Data Management

  • Monitor and maintain Power BI dashboards and quality analytics.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of inspections, quality issues, performance metrics and planned versus actual activities.
  • Maintain data integrity across Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
  • Ensure issues are correctly categorised, assigned, tracked and closed.
  • Monitor ownership, responsibilities and due dates for quality issues.
  • Prepare regular quality reports and performance metrics for project and management reviews.
  • Monitor project KPIs and supply chain quality performance.
  • Support corrective action plans where required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate and facilitate lessons-learned workshops with project teams and supply chain partners.
  • Review quality performance trends and identify recurring issues.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project.
  • Promote a proactive, right-first-time approach to quality.

Factory Acceptance, Installation & Survey Activities

  • Coordinate Factory Acceptance, Pre-Installation and Post-Installation Survey checklists.
  • Schedule and notify relevant stakeholders of offsite and onsite QA/QC and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate inspection requirements with vendors, subcontractors, QA representatives and commissioning teams.
  • Ensure inspection documentation and supporting evidence are uploaded to Level 2 checklists.
  • Track completion of inspection documentation against project programme requirements.

Commissioning & Turnover Support

  • Support the collection, verification, organisation and management of commissioning-related documentation throughout factory and integration commissioning phases.
  • Ensure documentation complies with project commissioning standards and QCx document management requirements.
  • Coordinate Level 2A - Delivery Verification activities and ensure equipment delivery inspections and associated checklists are completed.
  • Coordinate Level 2B - Set-in-Place inspections and ensure required notifications are issued to relevant QA representatives.
  • Attend and support onsite QA/QC inspection activities, providing sign-off where required.
  • Attend DCOps Stage 1 and Stage 2 Integrated Checklist (ICL) inspections.
  • Ensure commissioning notifications are issued and documentation is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate and complete Level 2 Yellow Tag inspection checklists alongside QA and Commissioning Authority (CxA) inspectors.
  • Coordinate Level 2B inspections with vendors and QA inspectors.
  • Ensure inspection evidence is accurately captured, uploaded and successfully closed out.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a QA/QC Coordinator, Quality Coordinator, QC Engineer, Quality Engineer or similar.
  • Experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical or other highly regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Plans and quality management systems.
  • Experience coordinating inspections, walkdowns, snagging and turnover activities.
  • Good understanding of construction and commissioning processes.
  • Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
  • Experience with Power BI and quality reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of welding quality, weld traceability, NDT and inspection requirements.
  • Experience supporting factory acceptance, installation and commissioning activities.
  • Strong document control, reporting and administration skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
  • Pharmaceutical or semiconductor project experience.
  • Experience supporting commissioning and turnover activities.
  • Knowledge of Level 2A and Level 2B inspection processes.
  • Experience with Yellow Tag processes.
  • Familiarity with DCOps and Integrated Checklists (ICLs).
  • Experience working with Commissioning Authorities (CxA).
  • Experience coordinating with Owner QA representatives.
  • Relevant engineering, construction or quality qualification.

You will be comfortable working with contractors, vendors, clients, commissioning teams and quality representatives, while maintaining a strong focus on documentation, data accuracy and quality performance.

The ability to identify potential quality issues before they become project problems will be essential, as will the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the wider project team.
