We're looking for a seasoned contract Project Manager to join immediately and support the delivery of critical initiatives. This is a short-term, high-impact role - ideal for someone who adapts quickly, integrates seamlessly into new teams, and thrives when the pace is high and the stakes are even higher.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading key projects from initiation through to successful delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while helping the team maintain focus during a crucial delivery window.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned projects using standardised PMO methodologies and frameworks
- Rapidly define project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for project performance updates and reporting
- Monitor and manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and issues
- Run regular project reviews, highlighting key metrics such as costs, timelines, and risk management
- Follow escalation procedures for critical issues and delays
- Drive continuous improvement in PMO and delivery practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Prince2 Practitioner qualification (mandatory)
- 6+ years' hands-on Project Management experience across complex projects
- Strong experience with Waterfall methodology
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and deliver in dynamic, changing environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desirable
- APM PMQ, APMP, or MSP certifications
- Previous experience in motorsport, media, or other high-performance industries
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Project; working knowledge of Power BI
- Skilled in resource and risk management, RAID logs, and change management
- Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills

- Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach
- A genuine enthusiasm for motorsport and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with trackside exposure
