The opportunity:

Due to continued expansion within our Project Control function, we are recruiting for a range of positions that require a variety of experience levels. Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to further develop your career in project controls, this is an exciting time to join the team.

You'll contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile programmes, supporting the planning, control, and governance of key projects across the business.

You will be working on:

  • Project Health: Validation of individual project assessments and identification of risks and issues for escalation

  • Schedule Assessment: Ensuring project schedules are accurate, coherent, and in line with agreed planning principles

  • Integrated Baseline Management: Leading the generation and maintenance of Integrated Baseline Schedules to support successful programme delivery

  • Costs to Go & EAC: Validating project cost forecasts and supporting Estimate at Completion activities

  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Leading Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) where applicable

  • New Business Support: Contributing to bid teams by embedding sound project management principles during the proposal phase

What we're looking for from you:

  • Proven planning experience, from detailed task planning to high-level milestone tracking

  • Ability to create and manage project structures such as WBS, CBS, and OBS

  • Experience analysing project performance data (schedule, cost, and resources)

  • Familiarity with SRA, Critical Path Analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • A problem-solving mindset with motivation to determine root causes and implement corrective actions

  • Experience with project management toolsets such as SAP, Primavera, Oracle Unifier, or ARM

  • Understanding of baseline management and change control processes

  • Accountability for data quality and integrity across the project control reporting suite

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

  • Ability to manage priorities and operate in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
