About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner (Simulator) to oversee the development of advanced simulation solutions. Acting as the key link between software engineering teams, project management, and international stakeholders, you will ensure technical requirements are defined, progress is monitored, and risks are effectively managed. This role is central to ensuring delivery excellence across cost, schedule, and quality targets in a dynamic, safety-critical environment.

What we want from you

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with simulation architectures in a defence, military, or NATO context.
• Strong technical expertise in simulation software and systems.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
