The role:

• Managed supplier and customer complaints (MRB, returns, settlements)
• Led root cause analysis and CAPA (8D, A3, 5-Why)
• Owned supplier quality across the commodity supply chain
• Conducted FAIs per AS9102 and performed supplier audits
• Planned supplier quality activities (Q-plans, incoming inspection, ATP)
• Qualified suppliers and approved processes
• Drove supplier improvement projects with customers
• Supported supplier selection and led supplier meetings

Your Profile

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor's degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in supplier quality assurance or quality management
• Experience in auditing
• Automotive or Aerospace background
• Auditor certification
• Strong technical understanding
• Business-fluent English and German, both spoken and written
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP experience in quality assurance
• International work experience
• Willingness to travel (minimum 20%)
