Planner

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join a team delivering a major redevelopment project.

This is a high-profile, live environment project where planning excellence is critical. We are looking for a Planner who understands sequencing, buildability, logistics, and complex programme strategy on major projects.

The Role
Working closely with our Planning Team, Project Team, and Supply Chain Partners, you will:

• Develop robust, logically linked construction programmes using Primavera P6
• Sequence complex works in a live operational environment
• Plan and coordinate resources across current and future workloads
• Identify programme risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with design and estimating teams to optimise buildability and construction sequencing
• Produce and demonstrate Extension of Time (EOT) entitlement under NEC contracts
• Support associated works including a Car Park project

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with large UK main contractors
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6
• Demonstrable experience planning complex projects - not just maintaining programmes
• Civils bias preferred
• Experience with superstructures (e.g., rampways, heavy civils structures)
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Ability to identify complex project issues early and proactively reduce programme impact
