Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update fully integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Produce short-term look-ahead programmes, baseline schedules, and detailed phasing plans in coordination with site teams.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying and analysing variances and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of planning and execution.
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Support the project team with recovery plans and re-sequencing works when required.
- Conduct regular schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to identify potential impacts.
- Work collaboratively with client-side planners and main contractor teams to align programmes.
- Manage and update resource and cost-loaded schedules when required.
- Assist in tender stage planning and methodology development for future pipeline works.
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using all functionalities of Primavera P6.
- Proven track record working on large-scale industrial projects within the mechanical and electrical sector.
- Experience working at subcontractor level is essential - ideally on mission-critical or data centre projects.
- Strong understanding of project phasing, construction sequencing, and M&E installation logic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant engineering or construction-related qualification (degree or trade background desirable).
- Ability to work on-site in Norway full-time or on a rotational basis (depending on project needs).
- Knowledge of local or Nordic market practices is advantageous but not essential.
