Paint Sprayer

The role will involve the preparation and application of coatings to a range of precision-engineered components, ensuring high-quality finishes in line with strict industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Preparation of components for paint spraying and finishing, including cleaning, masking, and surface treatment
• Application of coatings using spray guns (wet spray / powder coating where applicable)
• Ensuring consistent coverage, thickness, and high-quality finish across all parts
• Setting up and maintaining spray equipment, including guns, booths, and filters
• Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Supporting colour changes and ensuring minimal contamination between jobs
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Reliable with good timekeeping and ability to meet production targets

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 (flexible start and finish times available)
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:00

Salary

• Up to £35,000, depending on experience
