Offshore Site Co-Ordinator

Mane are looking for experienced Offshore Site Co-Ordinator to work on a major windfarm project.

A minimum 4-5 years experience in similar role (construction site/reception) is required

Day to day responsibilities will include

• Oversee offshore operations in coordination with the Marine and Helicopter Control Centre.
• Schedule and conduct meetings while maintaining regular communication with all project partners.
• Verify that all activities align with established project standards, procedures, and digital systems.
• Assist with health, safety, and environmental initiatives as needed.
• Administer and maintain the Offshore Operations Management platform.
• Contribute to project improvement by sharing operational insights and feedback.
• Take responsibility for vessel-related coordination and logistics.
• Encourage professionalism, ownership, and adherence to responsibilities among contractors and team members.
• Champion and reinforce a strong culture of safety throughout all project phases and participants.

Knowledge of Polish and English language is essential
