We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join our clients team on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This role operates on a rotational basis (3 weeks on, 1 week off or 10 days on, 4 days off) and offers the chance to be part of high-profile developments in the fast-growing mission-critical sector.


The Role


As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you'll take charge of MV and LV cable installation packages on large construction sites. You'll lead on-site teams, coordinate activities, and ensure work is delivered to high standards - safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a key role for someone with strong leadership experience in electrical installations who thrives under pressure and is committed to delivering results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise the installation of MV and LV cable systems, including routing and pulling

  • Organise daily work schedules and delegate tasks effectively

  • Promote and enforce site Health and Safety policies and procedures

  • Maintain high-quality workmanship in line with project specifications

  • Monitor crew attendance and conduct return-to-work interviews when needed

  • Proactively resolve site issues or escalate where necessary

  • Support and mentor team members, encouraging continuous development

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

  • Carry out other duties as needed to support project success

What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision, ideally within MV/LV electrical installations

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills in fast-paced construction environments

  • Experience on Data Centre projects is a strong advantage

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - C2 level

  • EU citizenship or ability to travel visa-free within the EEA

  • Solid understanding of Health and Safety best practices for construction and electrical works

  • Proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
