About the Role:

Join the UK Manufacturing team and play a key role in delivering multi-project customer schedules. As an MRP Controller, you will manage and co-ordinate all planning activities to ensure materials and resources are available to meet the Manufacturing Planning Schedule (MPS) on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to manufacturing delivery in a critical defence operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all manufacturing materials and production activities to meet the MPS
  • Release, schedule, and manage work in the MRP system, maintaining accurate delivery forecasts
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring efficiency while minimising waste and costs
  • Collaborate with Supply Planners, Goods Receiving, Stores, and Despatch to resolve constraints and maintain system accuracy
  • Support non-conformance management and maintain up-to-date master data and bills of materials
  • Contribute to achieving schedule adherence, inventory, and delivery KPIs


What We're Looking For:

  • HNC level qualification or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or a similar role
  • Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is beneficial
  • Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • APICS supply chain certification is desirable but not essential
