Join the heart of innovation within one of the world's most prestigious motorsport organisations, contributing to a groundbreaking project that shapes the future of high-speed performance. This is your chance to work at the cutting edge of technology, precision, and speed - where every detail matters and each day brings the thrill of pushing boundaries.

  • What You'll Do
You will be an essential part of a cross-functional team - collaborating with our Model Shop, Production, Design, and Aero Development experts - to create highly detailed scale models for wind tunnel testing, directly influencing the performance of our race-winning machines.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building precision scale models for wind tunnel evaluation, following technical drawings and instructions with meticulous accuracy.
  • Finishing rapid prototype parts, including surface preparation, painting, and installing inserts for maximum performance fidelity.
  • Using a variety of hand and machine tools to fabricate and modify both mechanical and composite components.
  • Assembling complex model systems ready for aerodynamic testing.
  • Calibrating advanced measurement systems, setting up moving components and actuators, and carrying out quality control checks using both mechanical and electronic methods.
  • Participating in wind tunnel testing - including shift-based work - to deliver accurate, high-quality aerodynamic data.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven automotive experience, ideally within motorsport or Formula 1.
  • Hands-on model-making expertise, preferably with wind tunnel scale models.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and ideally familiarity with CAD software (CATIA) for visualisation.
  • A perfectionist's mindset: accuracy, precision, and attention to the smallest detail.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts within the wind tunnel facility.
  • Basic English skills, both written and spoken.

Why Join Us?
This is not just another job - it's an opportunity to work at the pinnacle of motorsport technology, where the models you create directly contribute to race-day performance on the world's most prestigious circuits. You'll be part of a highly skilled, passionate team that thrives on engineering excellence, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of speed.

If you've ever dreamed of turning your technical skill into championship-winning performance, this is your moment.
