MEP Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a leading international engineering organisation delivering a major data centre project in Denmark.

This is a site-focused coordination role sitting between design, construction, QA/QC and commissioning, ensuring Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems are properly coordinated and delivered to the required standards.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installation activities
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submittals
• Identifying and resolving MEP coordination and buildability issues
• Managing RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications
• Coordinating interfaces between MEP, CSA and other disciplines
• Supporting site teams and subcontractors with technical coordination
• Monitoring progress, quality and technical risks
• Working closely with QA/QC teams to ensure installation standards are maintained
• Supporting commissioning teams and system readiness
• Participating in coordination, progress and look-ahead meetings
• Identifying potential issues before they impact programme or quality
• Facilitating communication between designers, engineers, subcontractors and site operations

We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Proven MEP coordination or MEP engineering experience
• Experience on major construction or engineering projects
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial or mission-critical experience
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with QA/QC, construction and commissioning processes
• Strong RFI and technical query management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
