We're looking for experienced Machinists and Fabrication Technicians to join a high-performance engineering team, supporting the build and development of prototype vehicles, rigs and specialist components.

Working within a fast-paced workshop, you'll manufacture high-quality one-off and low-volume parts while collaborating closely with engineering and development teams to meet demanding project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture high-quality one-off and small-batch components using manual and CNC machinery or sheet metal fabrication techniques.
  • Support the build of prototype vehicles, development rigs and engineering projects.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce precision components.
  • Work with metallic and composite materials used in high-performance engineering applications.
  • Maintain workshop machinery, tooling and equipment to a high standard.
  • Prioritise multiple work requests and deliver to tight project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support workshop activities, including occasional overtime and weekend work where required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in CNC machining, manual machining, sheet metal fabrication or welding.
  • Experience producing one-off and low-volume precision components.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of CAD drawing packages.
  • Experience working within automotive, motorsport, aerospace or other high-performance engineering environments is desirable.
  • Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
