We're looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to coordinate operations within a key product area of our Material Management Division. You'll work closely with Team Leaders, senior management, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations, exceptional service delivery, and the continuous improvement of processes.
In this role, you'll help ensure the stability of supply chains, support the development of new opportunities, and maintain strong commercial awareness across all activities.
- Coordinate daily operations for a designated product area within the Material Management Division.
- Support senior management in achieving divisional and company-wide targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier and customer queries, representing the customer voice internally.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively through discussion and negotiation.
- Ensure customers are informed of any supply risks that may affect operations.
- Manage administrative systems including cost files, product databases, invoice queries, and documentation.
- Use SAP (AiO & EC2) and other systems in line with training and internal procedures.
- Provide accurate reporting on progress, investigations, and ongoing work.
- Support customs clearance procedures in line with company requirements.
- Promote and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Provide temporary cover for other product areas when required.
- Uphold compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times.

- Ability to interpret and synthesise complex information.
- French or German language skills.
- Background in supply chain or aviation operations.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Desirable:
- Aviation or Supply Chain-related qualification
- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience
Other Essential Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS and eligibility for SC Security Clearance may be required
- Compliance with Export Control Regulations
- Flexibility to undertake related tasks as the business evolves
