Lifting Supervisor - Belgium (Offshore Project)

We are currently recruiting experienced Lifting Supervisors for a rotational offshore project based in Belgium. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in lifting operations and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in demanding environments.

Rotation Pattern:
5 weeks on / 5 weeks off

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site
• Ensure compliance with lifting plans, procedures, and safety regulations
• Conduct pre-lift briefings and risk assessments
• Monitor equipment use in line with LOLER standards
• Liaise with crane operators, riggers, and site management
• Promote a strong safety culture across all activities

Requirements:

• Valid GWO certification
• OGUK or NOGEPA medical
• HUET certification
• LOLER or CPCS qualification
• Previous experience in offshore or heavy lifting operations
• EU or UK nationality with the right to work in Europe

Compliance Requirement:
A valid A1 certificate is required for this assignment (UK applicants can obtain this via HM Revenue & Customs).
