  • Coordinating closely with Electrical and CSA teams to manage interfaces and responsibilities.
  • Managing technical submittals, RFIs, deviations, design changes and technical queries.
  • Providing technical input into procurement, including RFQs, technical evaluations and equipment selection.
  • Tracking equipment procurement and deliveries against programme requirements.
  • Overseeing mechanical installation and ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.
  • Managing quality through design, installation and commissioning, including ITPs, test packs, FATs, SATs, walkdowns and handover.
  • Leading and coordinating mechanical commissioning activities, including flushing, balancing, pressure testing and certification.
  • Managing commissioning trackers and monitoring system readiness.
  • Identifying technical and delivery risks early and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting programme development, commissioning sequencing and look-ahead planning.
  • Driving a strong EHS culture and ensuring safe systems of work are maintained.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, designers, consultants and specialist contractors.
  • Providing clear technical reporting to senior engineering and project leadership.
  • Mentoring project and graduate engineers and supporting the development of the wider engineering team.

About You

You will ideally have:
