Labourer

Join a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, based in Stoke-on-Trent. This hands-on role will involve working in the warehouse as well as supporting the wider engineering team with general duties across the site.
You'll be involved in tasks such as goods handling, stock movement, and assisting in the assembly or preparation of engineering components. It's a great opportunity for someone practical, reliable, and keen to gain experience in a leading manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Support warehouse operations - goods in/out, stock movement, and general housekeeping.
• 
  Assist engineers and technicians with basic assembly or preparation of components.
• 
  Move materials and parts safely around the site (forklift use if licensed).
• 
  Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• 
  Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.
• 
  Carry out general labouring duties and support where needed across departments.

Requirements:

• 
  Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
• 
  Previous warehouse or labouring experience within a production or engineering environment.
• 
  Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• 
  Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to assist across different teams.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
