IT Contract Manager (3-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination of contracts.
• Develop, review, and negotiate various IT agreements, such as SaaS, software licenses, cloud services, managed services, hardware, and consulting contracts.
• Manage contract claims and resolve related issues.

Requirements:

• 3-7+ years of experience in IT contract management, IT procurement, vendor management, or software licensing.
• Strong understanding of IT commercial models (SaaS, subscription, licensing, cloud consumption models).
• Proven experience negotiating IT agreements with global vendors.
• Knowledge of IT risk areas, including data protection, cybersecurity, IP rights, and liability frameworks.
