Hardware Test Verification Architect

This role offers the chance to lead the implementation of production test philosophies within complex programmes, working closely with manufacturing, design, and production support teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest technical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Define test equipment requirements for production systems
Develop and deploy diagnostic strategies
Verify test coverage for current and future hardware
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Support teams to optimise production test activities
Share subject matter expertise across projects and teams
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
Experience or awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and production test strategies
Exposure to working with Manufacturing and Design functions

Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must be British Citizens or Dual Nationals (with British citizenship) and capable of obtaining UK Security Clearance (BPSS).
