Freelance Engineer

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance Race Engineer to join our Formula 4 team for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a competitive and fast-paced motorsport environment, contributing directly to on-track performance and driver development.

As a key part of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for preparing, running, and analysing car performance data, supporting the driver throughout race weekends, and ensuring optimal setup and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide race engineering support for F4 events, test days, and simulations
• Work closely with the driver and technical crew to develop car setup and performance
• Analyse data to optimise car balance, performance, and driver feedback
• Manage communication and feedback throughout race weekends
• Assist in pre- and post-event reports and performance reviews

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Race Engineer within Formula 4 (essential)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• UK-based
• Available for an immediate start
