We're growing our South Coast team and looking for a skilled Calibration Engineer to help keep automotive workshops and MOT stations operating safely, accurately, and fully compliant.

The Role
You'll calibrate, service, and function-check a range of MOT and workshop tools to DVSA and manufacturer standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability for customers across your local patch.
Calibrate and maintain workshop, MOT, and precision equipment.
Produce traceable calibration certificates and digital service reports.
Diagnose on-site issues and raise parts requests when required.
Coordinate daily visits with the scheduling team and communicate clearly with customers.
Maintain van stock, tools, and calibration standards to company requirements.
Equipment You'll Work On
Torque wrenches, torque testers, micrometers, pressure gauges, tyre inflators, hydraulic jacks and presses, multimeters, thermometers, tachometers, PAT-tested tools, brake testers, headlamp beam testers, emissions analysers, and wheel alignment systems.
About You
Experience in servicing or calibrating MOT, garage, or workshop equipment.
Knowledge of DVSA and MOT compliance standards.
Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Full UK driving licence and South Coast based (Brighton / Portsmouth / Sussex).
