Electrical Works Manager

Mane are looking for experienced Electrical Site Manager to work on a leading renewable project.

We are seeking an experienced Construction & Electrical Works Supervisor to oversee multi-disciplinary onshore works in accordance with contract requirements, technical documentation, and Polish regulations. The role involves coordinating and supervising electrical, electrotechnical, telecommunication, hydrotechnical, and construction works, ensuring full compliance with legal, technical, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate works in alignment with contract requirements, technical documentation, and Polish regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure construction works comply with Polish regulations.
• Supervise works jointly with the employer's installation managers.
• Conduct technical acceptance of works performed by contractors.
• Collect and verify all necessary material certificates.
• Prepare as-built documentation and other required execution-phase documents.
• Supervise electrical and electrotechnical works.
• Oversee telecommunication works including fibre-optic splicing, jointing, and FO splice box installations.
• Review and approve technical documents, process design changes, and ensure proper documentation in the construction logbook.
• Supervise hydrotechnical and general construction works.

Knowledge of Polish and English language is essential

Construction qualifications and an unlimited license to supervise:

• Electrical and electrotechnical works
• Telecommunication works (FO splicing, jointing, FO-box installation)
