Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the project Quality Plan, as well as inspection and test plans, ensuring alignment with the client's specifications.
• Interpret and clearly communicate contract quality requirements to project staff and supporting business functions.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on all quality-related matters, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to relationship management, and addressing customer queries or complaints.
• Conduct reviews, audits, and monitoring of the Quality Plan and associated procedures, liaising with internal auditing teams as required.
• Coordinate the resolution of all quality issues at both Project Management Team and site supervisor levels.
• Manage the systematic handover of all quality records to the client on a system-by-system basis.
• Drive a structured and efficient approach to systems handover and overall project completion.

Qualification:

• Engineering or trade qualification in an electrical discipline.
• Experience working on data centre projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with some or all of the following systems: security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment.
• Proven experience supervising electrical teams, ideally consisting of 30 or more personnel.
