We are seeking an experienced Electrical QAQC Engineer to join a major pharmaceutical project in Denmark. This role will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the wider project leadership team, you will ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations. A key aspect of this role is the effective planning and management of quality systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects
- Preparing electrical handover inspection and test documentation, along with operation & maintenance manuals
- Liaising with subcontractors and approving their proposed TTOPs
- Reviewing completed electrical test documentation and integrating it into TTOPs
- Issuing relevant ITRs to the Commissioning Agent to achieve tagging requirements
- Performing quality inspections of installations and managing defect close-out
- Supporting commissioning procedures with relevant test and inspection data
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards throughout installation and inspection phases, including engagement with local regulatory bodies
- Reviewing and issuing final handover packages to the client
- Acting as a point of contact for client queries relating to installation and quality
- Attending quality meetings
- Contributing to weekly progress reports on quality-related items
- Performing internal quality audits
Key Requirements
- Electrical craft qualification with QA/QC experience, or an Electrical Engineering degree with QA/QC experience
- Experience in quality auditing or relevant certifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
