Electrical Production Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Production Engineer with a strong electrical and test engineering background to support the development and manufacture of advanced electromechanical products. You'll design and develop production test equipment, support manufacturing, resolve technical issues through fault finding, and work closely with Design, Production and Quality teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
echanical failures, carrying out root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Design and develop electrical test equipment, fixtures and production test solutions.
Provide hands-on electrical test and fault-finding support for production and engineering issues.
Develop test procedures and support Design for Manufacture (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Test (DFT).
Investigate electrical and electrom
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reliability and production efficiency.
Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), production training and quality investigations.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Production, Test or Manufacturing Engineering environment (or Degree/HND equivalent).
Strong background testing and fault finding on electrical and electromechanical systems.
Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and PCB drawings.
Experience designing or supporting production test equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
Desirable
PLC programming knowledge.
CAD experience.
Experience mentoring or supervising engineers/technicians.
Proficient with SolidWorks, LabVIEW and MATLAB.
Knowledge of digital camera or video systems.
