Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Lead procurement activities including package management, buy-out processes, scope breakdown, and quotation reviews.
  • Review technical drawings and design specifications, resolve technical queries, and coordinate with BIM models to secure accurate installation plans.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Work with project leadership and safety teams to implement safety management plans, quality assurance processes, and industry compliance measures.
  • Monitor project programmes, procurement timelines, subcontractor progress, and manpower allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, manage work packages, track progress, and report weekly on performance, costs, and site activities.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Proven experience with site inspections, troubleshooting, and enforcing safety compliance.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proactive and hands-on work style, with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
