Electrical Improver

Mane Infrastructure are currently looking for a number of motivated Electrical Improvers to join a team working on a water treatment facility project. This is a great opportunity to gain further site experience on a major infrastructure installation with consistent hours and long-term prospects.
The successful candidates will be assisting with electrical installations on-site, including:

• 
  Assisting with installation of SWA / Armoured Cable
• 
  Assisting with installation of Cable Management Systems (CMS)
• 
  Installation of cable tray and containment
• 
  Assisting with installation of metal conduit
• 
  Glanding and terminating armoured cables (under supervision)
• 
  Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
• 
  Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
• 
  Adhering strictly to site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• 
  Valid ECS/CSCS card - essential
• 
  Previous experience as an Electrical Improver on industrial, infrastructure, or similar projects preferred
• 
  Experience assisting with armoured cable, CMS, tray, and metal conduit installations
• 
  Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instruction from senior electricians
• 
  Good understanding of site health & safety standards
