The Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Electrical Assemblers to join our growing automation team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble and wire bespoke, robot-based electromechanical automation systems to specification and in line with required safety standards.
You will work from technical drawings, carry out electrical testing, and play a key role in ensuring systems are built to a high quality. The role also involves fault-finding and occasional travel to customer sites for system installation.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and wire electrical components and control panels.
Work from schematics and technical drawings to build automation systems.
Carry out electrical testing and diagnose faults.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet deadlines.
Provide feedback for continuous improvements in build processes.
Travel to customer sites for installation when required.
About You
HNC in electrical engineering, apprentice-trained, or equivalent experience.
Confident in interpreting electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong hands-on assembly and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of industrial and safety systems.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
British Citizen eligible for DV-level security clearance.
