The Role

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the United States at the time of application.

Reporting to the Customer Racing Director, you will play a key role in customer relations and the operational performance of motorsport activities. This position combines customer support, commercial coordination, logistics management, and ERP system deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Promote and sell parts and services related to customer racing programmes to internal and external clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage quotations, orders, and customer relationships.
  • Receive and process customer orders through to shipment.
  • Support customers in identifying requirements and planning future orders.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and business planning activities.

Logistics & Spare Parts Management

  • Support the optimisation of logistics flows between North America and international operations.
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure effective order management and smooth operational delivery.

ERP Deployment & Support

  • Participate in the deployment and development of ERP systems within the North American business.
  • Act as a local key user for system configuration, testing, training, and user support.
  • Assist teams in adopting and utilising the ERP platform effectively.

About You

You will ideally hold a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline and possess previous experience within motorsport, automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or another fast-paced technical environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Good understanding of mechanical or technical products.
  • Experience supporting customers in a technical or operational environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within an international environment.
  • French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
