Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of internal CSA/civils fit-out packages on hyperscale data centre projects across Europe.
- Supervise in-house civils crews and ensure works are executed to the required standard, safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the main contractor, EPCM teams, and other trades to ensure smooth integration of CSA works within the wider project programme.
- Ensure fit-out works are completed in line with project drawings, specifications, and agreed timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Ensure all quality assurance and control procedures are followed, and works are handed over in line with client and project requirements.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings with the main contractor and internal teams.
- Report weekly on site progress, resource requirements, and commercial impacts to the project management team.
- Support project close-out, including snagging, documentation, and handover.
Qualification:
- Degree or trade background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CSA/civils delivery roles, ideally within large-scale mission critical or industrial construction.
- Demonstrated experience managing civils works during the fit-out phase of data centres or similar high-specification projects.
- Strong technical understanding of CSA packages and their integration with MEP and architectural works.
- Experience working on fast-track construction sites with high safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface effectively with main contractors, site teams, and client representatives.
- Flexibility to travel and work on major European project sites as required.
