We are currently looking for experienced Containment Electrical Site Supervisors to join our team on major Data Centre projects across Europe. This role operates on a rotational basis (3 weeks on, 1 week off or 10 days on, 4 days off) and offers the chance to be part of high-profile developments in the fast-growing mission-critical sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of electrical containment systems such as cable trays, ladders, trunking, and conduits on large-scale construction sites. You will manage on-site teams, ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards, and help drive the successful delivery of the containment package.
Supervise the installation of containment systems including trays, baskets, trunking, ladder racks, and conduits
Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely progress against project milestones
Interpret construction drawings and technical documentation to guide accurate installation work
Enforce Health and Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel
Monitor quality and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
Track crew attendance and performance, including conducting return-to-work interviews if required
Address any on-site challenges or coordination issues promptly and effectively
Provide ongoing support and training to team members to encourage continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and site protocols
Carry out other duties as required to support the successful completion of the project
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising containment installation on commercial or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of electrical containment systems and installation techniques
Previous experience on Data Centre or similar high-specification sites is desirable
Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum C2 level)
EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EEA
Solid understanding of site Health and Safety best practices
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of leading teams in a high-pressure environment
