Construction Project Manager

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a high-profile project based in Kent.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy reinforced concrete (RC) structures. You'll be overseeing complex construction activities involving large-scale RC works, such as:

• Basements and substructures

• Bridge structures and viaducts

• Retaining walls and foundations

• RC frames for high-rise or industrial buildings

• Civil engineering works in infrastructure or transport sectors

✅ Key Requirements:

• Proven track record managing heavy RC projects from pre-construction to delivery

• Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar detailing, and concrete pour sequences

• Experience working with Tier 1 or specialist subcontractors in civil engineering or major build projects

• Ability to manage health & safety, site logistics, and project teams
