Composite Laminator

We are seeking six experienced Composite Laminators to support a high-performance Motorsport programme based in Europe. These roles will support both structural composite components and bodywork/smaller composite parts, working to the highest standards within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements by Discipline

• Structural Composite Laminators:
  Experienced laminators required for the manufacture of high-integrity structural parts, demanding exceptional accuracy, consistency, and technical expertise.
• Bodywork & Smaller Components Laminators:
  Laminators required to support bodywork panels and smaller composite components, maintaining high-quality finishes and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Composite lay-up using pre-preg carbon fibre materials
• Manufacture of structural and non-structural composite components
• Working from engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Ensuring all work meets Motorsport / F1 quality standards
• Maintaining clean, controlled working environments
