We are currently seeking 2 highly skilled Composite Laminators to join a marine specialist Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in high-performance composite work

Key Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in composite lamination within Marine or high-performance automotive sectors
✔ Skilled in pre-preg carbon fibre and clean room layup techniques
✔ Ability to work from technical drawings and laminate schedules
✔ High attention to detail and ability to meet demanding quality standards
✔ Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

✔ Able to operate small machines

✔ Able to laminate by hand

✔ Knowledge of infusion

✔ Measuring and fitting components

✔ Available to start ASAP
✔ German language skills preferred
