Composite Lamina#

We're looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join an exciting, high-profile motorsport project based in Italy.

As a Composite Laminator, you'll be responsible for the production and assembly of advanced carbon fibre components, working to the highest standards of quality and performance. You'll play an integral role in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a project that pushes the boundaries of innovation within motorsport engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay-up and laminate carbon fibre pre-preg materials according to technical drawings and specifications.

• Carry out structural and cosmetic laminating with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.

• Work with composite moulds, ensuring correct alignment, preparation, and release.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and inspection teams to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

• Meet deadlines while adhering to stringent motorsport quality and performance standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in composite lamination, ideally within Motorsport, Formula 1, Aerospace, or Marine industries.

• Excellent structural understanding and practical experience with carbon fibre pre-preg materials.

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently in English (spoken and written).

• A proactive, team-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

• Flexibility to adapt to project demands and a commitment to delivering world-class results.
