Punch Item Completions Coordinator
Summary:
Manage and track punch list items to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Serve as the main coordinator between construction, engineering, quality, commissioning, and clients to drive timely resolution and successful project closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and track punch lists through project closeout.
Coordinate punch walks, inspections, and item resolution with teams and clients.
Communicate priorities, deadlines, and escalations to stakeholders.
Generate status reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify recurring issues and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
2+ years in construction, quality, commissioning, or project coordination.
Familiarity with punch list processes and project tracking tools (Excel, SharePoint, Procore, Aconex).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience on large industrial or EPC projects.
Knowledge of quality management systems and inspections.
OSHA or site safety training.
