The Role

  • Drive new business acquisition across multiple business sectors including but not limited to, agricultural, manufacturing, food production and commercial property sectors.
  • Develop and grow existing client accounts through structured upselling and cross-selling of consultancy services.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline of marketing-generated leads and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Undertake proactive outbound prospecting (approximately 50% of activity).
  • Deliver consultative discussions around compliance and technical advisory services.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and commercial documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and reporting.
  • Conduct client site visits where appropriate.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through both acquisition and retention activity.

Success

  • Completion of a comprehensive induction program.
  • Pipeline established early and revenue targets achieved by the end of month three.
  • Consistent monthly performance across new business and account growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales with exposure to new business and consultative sales.
  • Confidence generating opportunities through outbound activity.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable selling consultancy-led or technical service-based solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
  • Experience managing pipelines and activity through a CRM system.
  • Energy sector experience essential.
  • Highly organised, resilient and target-driven.
