B1 Licensed Engineer

Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers with B737 MAX and LEAP engine experience to support a base maintenance contract in the Czech Republic.

This is an excellent opportunity for suitably qualified engineers looking for a contract assignment, offering a high number of working hours and a 6 on / 1 off rotation.

Location: Czech Republic

Contract Duration: October - March

Working Hours: 66 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 6 on / 1 off

Maintenance Environment: Base Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out base maintenance activities on Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance data and procedures.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification and component replacement as required.
• Work with and maintain aircraft equipped with LEAP engines.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with approved aviation standards, procedures and regulations.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and aircraft technical records.
• Work effectively as part of a maintenance team to meet operational deadlines.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance throughout all maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid EASA B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
• Demonstrable B737 MAX maintenance experience.
• LEAP engine experience required.
• Recent and relevant base maintenance experience.
• Ability to work approximately 66 hours per week.
• Comfortable working a 6 on / 1 off shift pattern.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Reliable, safety-focused and professional approach.
