Job Specification - B1 Licensed Engineer (A320)
Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with a valid A320 type rating to support a long-term base maintenance programme in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for contractors seeking a stable, ongoing assignment with accommodation, travel, and local transport provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on A320 aircraft.
- Carry out inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Certify maintenance work in compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Support aircraft return-to-service activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed within required timeframes.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence.
- Current A320 type rating.
- Previous experience within a base maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Must operate through an LTD company.
Contract Details

- Duration: Ongoing long-term contract
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 11 paid hours per day
- Rate: €43 - €44 per hour
- Payment: Monthly
- Contract Type: LTD contractors only
Rotation Options

- 6 days on / 1 day off
- 15 days on / 15 days off
