Job Specification - B1 Licensed Engineer (A320)

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with a valid A320 type rating to support a long-term base maintenance programme in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for contractors seeking a stable, ongoing assignment with accommodation, travel, and local transport provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on A320 aircraft.
• Carry out inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting in accordance with approved maintenance data.
• Certify maintenance work in compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Support aircraft return-to-service activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed within required timeframes.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence.
• Current A320 type rating.
• Previous experience within a base maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Must operate through an LTD company.

Contract Details

• Location: Poland
• Start Date: September
• Duration: Ongoing long-term contract
• Shift: Day Shift
• Hours: 11 paid hours per day
• Rate: €43 - €44 per hour
• Payment: Monthly
• Contract Type: LTD contractors only

Rotation Options

Flexible rotation patterns available:

• 6 days on / 1 day off
• 15 days on / 15 days off
