Motorbike Team Leader - Belgium

We are currently recruiting an experienced Motorbike Team Leader to join an automotive project based in Belgium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and supervising a team working on motorbikes, ensuring production, technical and quality standards are maintained.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting technicians and inspectors on the shop floor
• Coordinating daily workloads and allocating tasks across the team
• Ensuring motorbike assembly, repair and inspection work is completed correctly
• Monitoring productivity and quality standards
• Supporting the team with technical and mechanical issues
• Identifying and escalating production or quality concerns
• Ensuring rework and repairs are completed to the required standard
• Liaising with supervisors, management and other departments
• Ensuring the team follows working procedures and health & safety requirements
• Reporting on progress, quality issues and outstanding work
• Helping to maintain an efficient and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous motorbike experience is essential
• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or senior technician experience
• Strong automotive/motorbike technical knowledge
• Good understanding of assembly, repair and inspection processes
• Confident managing and supporting a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Right to work in the EU
• Available to start ASAP
