Auto Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electricians working on bus electrical installations.

You will oversee day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring all electrical installation work on buses is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of auto electricians installing electrical systems and components on buses.

• Plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.

• Provide hands-on technical assistance and quality checks.

• Interpret wiring diagrams and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

• Liaise with engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and staff performance.

• Communicate effectively in French and English with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Skills & Experience Required

• Recognised qualification in Auto Electrical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience in a vehicle or bus manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and installation.

• Fluent in French; good command of English required.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
