Job Purpose

Provide day to day support for the AMOS maintenance system to help with aircraft airworthiness and fleet operations. This role involves keeping system data accurate, helping with updates and improvements, supporting regulatory requirements, and carrying out general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Ensure reliable performance, data accuracy and regulatory compliance of the AMOS system.
  • Manage system integrations, updates, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain high data quality to support maintenance planning and reporting.
  • Oversee digital documentation, FlyDocs integration and electronic certifications.
  • Coordinate with IT, training teams and external vendors to support system use and development.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Basic experience using the AMOS maintenance system.
    * General administrative experience, including data entry and record keeping.
    * Previous experience in an aviation or maintenance environment would be an advantage.
