About the Role:
As an Administrator / Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. From interview scheduling and candidate communication through to onboarding support, HR system management, and recruitment reporting, no two days will be the same.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Supporting onboarding processes and pre-employment checks
Maintaining HR systems and updating employee records
Preparing contracts and documentation across the employee lifecycle
Assisting with recruitment reporting and HR projects
Supporting benefits administration, payroll processes, and training logistics
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
A proactive, collaborative, and professional approach
