Are you a strategic HSQE leader ready to drive operational excellence and compliance across international aviation operations? We're looking for an experienced Head of HSQE to lead and develop our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental function across Europe.

About the Role

This senior leadership role ensures compliance with aviation regulations, safety and environmental standards, and drives continuous improvement across all HSQE domains. You'll play a key role in aligning HSQE strategies with company goals while leading audits, safety programs, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSQE strategy, team development, and performance across Europe

• Ensure compliance with relevant aviation, safety, and environmental standards

• Oversee QA/QC processes, internal and external audits, and regulatory alignment

• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives in line with ESG goals

• Implement risk management and safety frameworks to support operational resilience

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators

• Maintain accurate documentation and transparent reporting

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar

• Proven leadership in aviation compliance, HSQE , or ESG-related roles

• Strong knowledge of Part 145 regulations and industry standards

• Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills

• Preferred: CAM, CSP, or ARAP certifications
