Each Mane division focuses on a defined market, giving our consultants a clearer understanding of the roles, qualifications, talent availability and hiring challenges within the industries they support.
Aerospace and Aviation
Mane supports organisations and professionals across aerospace engineering, manufacturing, aircraft interiors, aviation and maintenance, repair and overhaul.
Our teams recruit for roles across aircraft production, modification, maintenance and operational support, working with airlines, MRO providers, manufacturers, suppliers and specialist engineering businesses.

Automotive, F1 and Motorsport
Our Automotive, F1 and Motorsport division works across high-performance engineering, advanced automotive development, motorsport and specialist manufacturing.
The team supports Formula 1, MotoGP, WRC, automotive manufacturers, engineering consultancies and supply-chain businesses with contract and permanent talent.
Roles span aerodynamic development, composite design and manufacture, vehicle engineering, race operations, technical production and specialist mechanics.
Defence
Mane’s Defence division supports organisations operating across Land, Sea, Air, Cyber and Space.
Our consultants understand the technical requirements, security considerations and specialist skills involved in Defence recruitment. We work across engineering, manufacturing, systems, electronics, marine and programme delivery environments.
Typical roles include systems engineers, electronics engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, manufacturing professionals, project specialists and security-cleared personnel.
Energy
Our Energy division supports organisations delivering the infrastructure and technology behind the changing global energy market.
The team recruits across offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, power, grid infrastructure, oil and gas, and other energy projects.
Requirements range from project engineering and construction through to HV, cabling, commissioning, operations, maintenance and senior leadership.
Engineering and Manufacturing
Mane’s Engineering and Manufacturing division supports businesses developing, producing and maintaining complex products, systems and technologies.
Our consultants work across automation, special-purpose machinery, medical technology, electronics, high-tech engineering, FMCG and advanced manufacturing.
Roles include automation and controls engineers, design engineers, manufacturing professionals, project managers, technical specialists and operational leaders.
Infrastructure and Mission Critical
Our Infrastructure and Mission Critical division supports the people behind major construction, engineering and technology-led projects.
The team recruits across civil engineering, rail, utilities, substations, power, data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, battery storage and other critical environments.
Typical requirements include project and construction managers, commissioning professionals, QA/QC specialists, authorised persons, engineers, electricians, pipefitters and wider project delivery teams.
