Production Worker

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll be manufacturing and welding high-performance assemblies to the highest Aerospace standards. Working under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader, you'll be using advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to create components that quite literally help things take flight.

Key Responsibilities

Operate resistance/seam and TIG welding machines to fabricate components from stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel

Form and trim bellows using automated and manual machinery

Collaborate with lab teams to perform essential weld testing

Interpret technical drawings and route cards to meet precise specifications

Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in production processes

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Contribute ideas to reduce costs and improve workflow

Work safely and proactively in line with company Health & Safety policies

Desirable Extras:

Ability to read engineering drawings and weld specifications

Experience using a lathe or welding tubes

Background in Aerospace manufacturing

Proficient in using precision measuring tools

Operator Verification experience

Working Hours

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, either 6:00am-3:45pm or 7:00am-4:45pm

Flexibility for potential Late Shift rotation may be required
