MANE is currently recruiting for a Junior Buyer to join a growing procurement team within a dynamic manufacturing environment based in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their procurement career to gain valuable experience and grow within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of products, parts, and supporting equipment required for manufacturing operations.

• Support the sourcing of suppliers for materials and services, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.

• Help manage supplier relationships, tracking performance and resolving any issues related to quality or delivery.

• Participate in contract administration, including obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining supplier records.

• Work closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to improve purchasing processes and drive efficiencies.

• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system and support system updates and enhancements.

• Attend internal team meetings and contribute to procurement reporting as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth operations.

• Support the company's values and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

• A keen interest in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn ERP systems.

• Previous procurement or purchasing experience is a plus but not essential - training will be provided.
