The days of placing an advert and waiting for the ideal candidate to ‘come to us’ are long gone. At MANE we like to work for our customers and this requires the team to deploy a bespoke recruitment solution for each role.
We use Bullhorn as our CRM system, a cloud based tool that means we can access our talent pool on the move or whilst on client sites. We ‘code’ our clients, our candidates and our vacancies to ensure we can quickly match the right candidates, to the right opportunities, at the right time based on skills, certifications, SC clearance, location, contract or permanent, etc.

Regardless of the candidates’ background, experience and skills, our defence team follow a detailed candidate registration process which not only assesses the candidates’ ability to ‘do the job’, but also their motivations for the opportunity we are discussing with them and their attitude and behaviours. During our conversations with candidates, MANE will conduct a pre-screen interview in which we will be following situational, skills-based and competency-based interview techniques.Back
