As Team Manager within Mane's Aviation division, I specialise in MRO recruitment across international aviation markets, supporting airlines, maintenance organisations, production facilities, and aviation service providers across the EMEA region.

With extensive experience across the aviation sector, I have developed strong expertise in delivering recruitment solutions for highly specialised technical positions, including B1/B2 Licensed Engineers, mechanics, sheet metal workers, aircraft painters, and other critical maintenance personnel. My understanding of aviation operations and workforce requirements enables me to support clients with both planned growth and urgent project demands.

I take a relationship-driven and consultative approach, working closely with clients and candidates to understand technical requirements, operational challenges, and long-term objectives while delivering recruitment solutions aligned with business needs and project delivery timelines.
